122 Wagon Weight ? 120-130

Would anyone know the weight of a 122 wagon unibody ? Engine, transmission, suspension, doors, all glass, interior REMOVED. Would 3 or 4 people be able to lift it from jack stands onto a trailer ?

Based on direct experience - admittedly with a 140 not a 120, but there can't be that much difference - I'd wager you're somewhere in the neighborhood of 1200 lbs with the bare unibody. Those 3 or 4 people are going to have to be pretty darned healthy! :)

Way back in my college days, I could lift the front of a VW while someone changed the flat tire. The tire change had to be quick, but it was doable.

The Volvo wagon weighs a lot more, AND you want people to walk around with it? Perhaps a dozen guys or so. It is still going to weigh about 2,000 lbs.

You could try lifting the front end youself and see how much effort it will take.

Make it a challenge for your local gym. Supply high protein drinks in lieu of beer......................

If they are piano movers, probably so. Office workers? No way!
