Ball joint quality- Moog or Meyle? 200 1992

I'm going to be ordering a bunch of front end parts and wanted input from the group- are Moog parts worth the extra $? I did my 93 with Moog years ago and they have held up fine, but money is tight (when isn't it?) and I wanted to know if folks have had good luck with Meyle parts. I have to say it's great to be back (the 93 has run with very few problems over the last few years so I haven't posted) and with the new 92 added to the fleet, It's great to be back posting to this forum, it's like coming home again. Thanks in advance, Greg

Greg,

If I were in the market for balljoints I'd get the new problem solver series from MOOG as they have grease fittings and an improved boot design. The older style boots have a tendency to tear. The part numbers are different on them. I see them on both EBAY and Amazon. Shop around as prices vary from seller to seller. For some reason the part houses like FCP and eEuro don't carry them.
