Has anybody kludged the four small rubber mounting washers that hold the fuel door hinge to the body shell? I don't see them on my parts fiche and they do seem necessary to hold the hinge on. Mine are trashed.

    I suggest just replacing the plastic hinge as they break eventually. The new hinge comes with the little rubber washers.

      For some reason, my hinge did not have the washers. I peeled off the adhesive from the old ones and will reuse them.

        Steve, I just replaced mine with the $3.79 IPD kit wich comes with the washers
