Low Brake Pedal 900 1994

1994 945T, 175k. The Brake Pedal feels low and traveling a little too far down, does not have a good firm feel I am used to but the brake performance is OK. I replaced the master cyl., bled the brakes, no change... The ABS light is ON all the time, and the diagnostic code is 1-1-1 (no faults)... Ideas?

So, I play around with this issue, decide to test ABS function and sure enough, the ABS works, while engaging the ABS the light goes OFF!Then while driving around, I get SRS flicker! Now what!? Then it dawns on me, Voltage Problem!!!
Sure enough, voltage is surging, up to 18V! Fluctuating between 13 and 18... So, changed the Voltage Regulator, and the ABS issue is solved!

As for the low pedal, I'll throw some rear pads on as they seem thin, and bleed again all 4, and see...

You can replace the pads, but the low brake pedal will continue if one of the calipers is not operating properly.

Yeah, see, all the pads are wearing evenly, there is no pulling whatsoever, so, no, thanks, but I DON'T HAVE A FROZEN CALIPER!

So, ALL IS WELL.
New rear pads, good bleeding, pedal is fine...

Hi,

You probably have at least one frozen caliper.
