Hey guys doing the oil sep and intake gasket
noticed the ATS by the air filter is just placed in the hole
I'm assuming there was fixture that held it tight?
Also to get the little ball off the throttle arm? Do I just pry it off
I would like to clean the throttle body,
'thanks as always!!!

The plastic end has a small locking tab to pry back. Careful because you can break the plastic. I also have no idea what is ATS?

OK, you stumped with a acronym...what is the ATS?

Been a long time since I worked on my 760, but I think the arm pops off with a not so gentle tug.

FYI, make sure you have a map of where the vac lines go. Also make sure you put the vac one-way valves back in the right orientation if you have to move any of them...don't ask.

Sorry guys for the acronyms, when I posted everything was crazy
at my house, still is actually but I grabbed the laptop and made a run for it!
ATS I think it is the Air Temperature Sensor it plugs into the air intake
right by the air filter, mine is just set in it, looks like there had to be some sort of clamp at one time?
Thanks for the tips on the hoses etc...
If I remove the Throttle body do I need a new gasket?
If so would a Volvo dealership have it or is an IPD deal?
Thanks Guys!
I appreciate every bit of advice that you can toss my way!
Regards,
Pat
