seems i have to change it out dont know what brand ws on there, any tricks - im getting a replacement from a local volvo shop

    On my 200 I found that those ratching box wrenches (Gear Wrench) were a blessing for two of the Manifold Nuts. Couldn't get at them with a socket.

    the 200 may be different then the 700 but I left everything on the manifold (I took off the Intake Bellows) and just flipped it up off the head.
    Guarenteed to drop a few nuts.. get one of those magnetic pointer tools.

    Disconnect the throttle cable, take out the support strut bolt, and pull the manifold away from the head. These may not be entirely necessary but I thought they made things easier, and less likely to damage the cable.
