Need A / C T-fitting 200 1982

I want to add a BLUE LOW SIDE T -Fitting adapter that would fit between the LOW SIDE HOSE & the York compressor in my ' 82 244DL 4-Cyl Gas. It is similar to the Red HIGH side T-Fiting that you would attach to the dryer from the VOLVO
R -134a conversion kit. I woulld need a good source & the dimensions for the low side T-fitting. Thanks in advance !!

I purchased one from http://www.nostalgicairparts.com/ PN A603-3. On my 1990 the low side hose is a #10. I bought a crimper and made all new hoses so I can't comment on how well it would work on an old hose.

This is the crimper I bought.

It was worth it for me as I made all new barrier hoses plus a short custom hose to fit a 1993 pf condensor on my 1990. If you only making one hose you might be able to find a local shop to do it for you.

Yama : Will the # 10 Low Side Inline Suction Port R-134a Steel V403 #10 Low side port has 7/8"-14 threads fit on my York Compressor & low side hose ? THis is on the bottom of the web page below.I think this is a better alternative if I can use this. Thanks in advance !!

The suction side of the compressor on a 1990 is 7/8 14, most likely the same on a 1982. I'm not exactly sure what your trying to do but I'm guessing you want to put that fill fitting on the suction side of the compressor. The idea of putting the fill fitting in the middle of the hose is so the charge port is more easily accesable. If you can deal with it on the compressor then why not just get the r12 to r134a charge port adapters. I'd myself would make a new suction hose.

I already have the low side charge port adapter on the compressor. When I installed the Volvo conversion kit it only had the Tee for the High side that mounts @ the Dryer, so I just put a blocking cap on the High side fitting on the Compressor but put an Charging adapter on the Low side. Problem is is that the gas is leaking from it & I already changed the valve core & it still leaks the UV detecter from it. I could just do another change of the valve core but I do not like the idae that the low side charge port is where the belt is turning( Dangerous ! ) & it is not easily accessable . I would rather just remove the adapter, screw on a 3/8" blocking cap & install the new fitting on the other side where I can more easily charge from in back of the compresser. I reckon I gotta evacuate anyway,Then Vacuum & recharge so I may as well re-do it to a way that I find more convenient to charge it when need be.
