Touch up (Major) 200 1991

My Grandmother has a 1991 Dark Blue 240 Volvo. I really Like driving that car, & sometimes I just imagine what the full potential of it could be...but I'm not knowledgiable enough to know how to tell whats a good shop to take the Car to...Overall I want to tweak the car into tip top shape...It runs well alredy, just want to give the Car all the Love I can...

There are no good shops to take an 18+ year old car to. If you intend to restore a 240 using mechanics and body shops, you might as well buy one of the time-capsule $15,000 240s on eBay - it will be cheaper.

If you want to "give the Car all the Love [you] can," then buy a Bentley repair manual and a set of wrenches, start hitting the junkyards, and get to work.
