MY 960 HATCH WONT OPEN FROM THE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE.ANY IDEA ON HOW TO REMOVE THE INTERIOR TRIM WITH THE HATCH CLOSED OR IS THERE ANOTHER WAY TO REMOVE THE LATCH,THANKS PETE

I do not know the answer to you question, but mine one time would not open as I had shut the hatch and a sheet in the back got stuck in the latch at the bottom and the way I was able to open it was to push from the inside as someone tried to open it from the outside.

I hope this helps you to open yours.
