240 ECU question 200 1992

I'm looking for a replacement ECU for my 92 5 spd manual 240. Original part is Bosch 0 028 000 572. This is apparently a very hard ECU to find. Anyone know if another ECU will work?

That is the only one for the LH 3.1, get one with the white label. Search eBay.
