Sorry, I cannot answer your question about the rear bushings, I am looking for
that answer myself.
But the front bushings are not too hard, and fairly obvious. IPD had a small
procedure that covered the installation of the conical bushings that are the
high wear item. You can download it from

The other four bushings (Control Arm, and Stay-arm on both sides) need to
be removed and installed with a hydraulic press. It cost me $16 per
bushing for removal and replacement. I am now considering a cheap
press of my own.
To further my unsolicited advice. Consider additional work while you are
there. I did the bushings last month, but it did not solve my problem. I
am now in the process of replacing the ball-joints, tie-rod ends, and struts.
(My problem seems to have been the bushing on the top of the strut tower
on the passenger's side. It would cause my car to vibrate terribly when
breaking from over 30 MPH)
