Rough idle when cold only after start up 200 1986

Ok, for the past 2 months or so, esp since the weather has been cold in the a.m., I'll start the car and it will run real rough between 1000-1500 rpm while I baby the gas pedal. I was thinking it was because it was getting close to a major tuneup. So I did a full service, NGK copper plugs with a 0.030 gap, new Biocourd sparkplug wires, Bosch rotor & cap, new Mann air filter, TB cleaned, flame trap cleaned along with all hoses, new fuel filter. It starts like a dream with the first bump of the key as always, but once I touch the pedal, it runs rough for about a minute of babying the gas and then all is well. The base idle by way of my tach is around 800 rpm at start up and once it's warmed up. After its been driven a mile or so, it's perfect until I have to start it cold and begins all over again. What am I missing or do I need to look at next?
Again, thanks for helping me keep my ride alive and well.
