hi I have rust holes in body at rear wheel well. The fumes come in I get sick. How to patch? Where to find metal? Please help!

    Look in the yellow pages under 'metal, surplus or dealers' or ask at your welding supply shop. It is much easier to use Bondo and just trowel it into the holes. If the car is never going to be a restoration project a can of spray foam will work wonders.

    If fumes are getting in at the weel arches, you might have an exhaust leal.

      Another place to check, if you like to "dumpster dive" is companies that install sunroofs on cars. The metal they cut out normally goes in the dumpster, I've patched more than a few floor boards that way many decades ago.
