Volvo 245 disassembly vid on youtube... 200

This isn't mine, don't know if a fellow Brickboarder posted this on Youtube, but I found it and thought it was a pretty enjoyable video...

    Great video, thanks for posting.

Yeah, pretty sad. Here (OH) rust-free body are a premium. I've rebuilt a few (for myself & friends) cars with horrible mechanicals but solid floors & rockers.

And I've driven S to get rust-free cars etc.

Brings a tear to my eye seeing a rust free car cut up. Yes, she was ugly, but still....

I know what you mean there is a 91 245 at the junkyard that I pulled a seat from for the foam-the interior was super clean the rest of the car was in great shape also, it was kind of sad to pull stuff from it beacause it looked like it still had a lot of life left in it.

i have seen plenty like that. I once pulled a pair of brand new Hella taillights off a 76 244. This car was pristine, with every chrome door trim still intact and dent free, and the paint was better than most cars on the road. It had no accident as well. No missing parts from the interior, except for a small crack on the dash. I had half a mind to get it out of the junkyard and get it running, but I was leaving the USA for good at that time.

Probably its owner passed on and no one wanted to take over keeping it.
