I couldn't say right off the bat. I still get dampening, but it's not that quick, tight dampening it was at first. I've put in a lot of new suspension parts too.
I put new rear springs in after a few months because the rear of my sedan started sagging a little. I had replaced the shocks to correct the sag. New stock spring-rate springs from fcp and the same gas-a-justs are bee-you-teeful.
I didn't put any poly in the front. When I did buy the "turbo-gas" shocks, they did mention that they weren't recommended for Turbo cars. I ignored that, maybe that was a bad idea, haha.
