Hi!

We have a 1983 volvo and are in Palo Alto, CA looking for a reliable, trustworthy (and not too expensive!) mechanic who can do a fuel pump replacement asap. If anyone knows a good mechanic for volvos here, please let me know! Thank you,

I second Say Ray and they are my mechanic. However, be forewarned that the prices in the bay area are somewhat outrageous. They charge less than the local dealership and are competitive in this area overall but their labor rates are at least twice what I used to pay in Ann Arbor, MI. As a bonus they know the 240 and 740 series cars very well.
