VLVworld replacement floor pans 200 1985

Has anyone bought these ? I picked up a 1985 240 wagon with 150k body is nice but the floors are rusted. VLVworld has replacement floor panels for $41. I have a 1992 wagon parts car with solid floors that I might cut out the floor pans from. I guess I should buy that sawzall I have been putting off.
Thanks, Philvo 1989 244DL 234k M-47, 1985 245DL 151k AW-70, 1992 240 wagon parts car.

I had rusted out floor panels and ended up getting some 18 gauge sheet metal that I cut, bent, plug welded, seam sealed, and sprayed with primer then rockergaurd. I did this over a year ago and it held up fine so far. Consider how you are going to attach the floor panels to existing metal. I had to cut a lot out and grind to get a clean surface to weld. If your holes are small, you could use ready made panels. The sawzall and grinder cutting wheel helped. Make sure you cover glass sufaces from grinder sparks or else you will get pits.

Dunno about the VLVWorld body parts but I just came across this and thought it could be useful

I'm not sure what the parts are like, maybe worth a look though. I need to repair a hole in the drivers side wheel well on my 83. So if anyone has bought from here before I'd love to hear some feed back.

    Matt

I also would like to know the experience of others who bought parts from this site (rustrepair.com). My passenger-side rockers are gone. The replacement I fashioned from steel plates didn't turn out so well.
