    Hi All:
    According to my older parts book (445/210) the 445 emblem was used on the side of the bonnet (hood) on the following models: 44505-07, 44511.

    The swallow emblem was used on 44508 models.

    445 emblem has part # 86983-4
    Swallow emblem has part # 94442-1

    Hope this helps some.

      Now if I only knew how to figure out what my model # is. My 445 is a '59 - does that help?

        Jim, as I recall, the ID plates (at least on 444s) on the firewall usually said "44408..." in the top line. I think, and Im not sure, that the US cars were ...08.

        Does your 59 say anything like that?

    I have a '59 445. The only 445 emblem on my car is on the radio delete, which I found one on eBay. Is the 445 badge suppose to be on the exterior somewhere?!

      I think it may have varied by year. My '58 had it, driver's side near the "swallow". It's also shown on the parts book:

        My 59 has the swallows.
        Now that this question has arisen I looked at photos on the internet & I can't find a one example of a 445 with BOTH the "445" AND the swallow emblems.
        Perhaps someone more knowledgeable will come along and set this matter straight.
