Flushing or flucked

Question: what's the best course of action to take, when you suspect a previous owner/dealership put some DexCool in your system w/out permission.

A. syphon the coolant reservoir down to nothing, and add the correct anti-freeze/coolant (Volvo, or G-05)
run the car, repeat process A?

B. drain the system and flush, replace anti-freeze?

I'm just wondering what the easiest, cheapest, yet best way to go is..

Hello,

It is really easy to change the coolant. Just pull the lower radiator hose and refill.

It should be done yearly.
