Anyone install a remote "keyless' lock? 200 1992

In order to minimize the scratches on Vickie's new paint job - I was thinking of installing one of those remote keyless entry systems. After all the primary driver is going to be my teenage daughter.

(I know - I should probably worry more about wrecks than key-scratches!).

Anyone install one on their 240? - Advice? - Preferred brands?

Thanks for the info
Charles

Any of these companies have great keyless products and reputation.

I purchased mine from JC Whitney. You will need another door lock motor for the drivers side.I think there is a write up on Dave Shannons' page about how to wire the lock. Not difficult and works great.

I donno about installing a keyless entry, but I think I might opt for a "scratchguard cover" that goes over the key lock , sort of like a shield and helps protect the scratches from keys. They are usually available at parts place for a few bucks, just peel and stick I think. Some of them look quite nice.

I used IPD's kit about 3 years ago it was under $100 but they don't list it on their website anymore. It included the receiver, two fobs, wiring harness, and actuator for the driver door.
