hesistation when pulling away from a stop 200

1993 240 wagon 130K

When car has warmed up it develops a hesitation (blip) when pulling away from a stop. Not when the car is cold.

Any suggestions, advice on what the problem could be, would be appreciated.

Thanks

You may have a vacuum leak after the AMM, leaning out the fuel mix and causing hesitation.

We had a similar issue not long ago. Car just didnt accelerate as well as "usual" from a stop, however, I dont know as I would say it was quite a "blip". I remembered last time it got that way, so pulled off the distributor cap and rotor, burned at the contacts like last time that happened. Had new ones in our parts cabinet, so put them on-problem solved. Of course your issue may not be so simple to fix, but wouldn't hurt to just pop off your dist cap and take a gander. I hope it is as simple as that for you. (I've got to remember to check that cap and rotor periodically. We only drive about 9k-10k a year so the cap, rotor and plugs usually last quite a long time. The plugs seem to outlast the cap, rotor by quite a bit. I do actually check them when I feel it's time to put new plugs in. but I guess this last time it just got away from me.) Good luck!
