I have a 1992 940 that has a severe off idle hesitation and stumble. Hard to pull away from a stop. Feels like it is getting no fuel. I have cleaned the throttle body, changed the air flow sensor, temp sensor, knock sensor and fuel pressure regulator.

    possibly try Fuel Pump Relay (if you dont have a spare get one from the scrapyard) or possibly one of the fuel pumps isnt operating properly (not sure if you have 2 on yours, one under the passenger seat in the UK and one in the tank), you can hear them if they're running, see FAQ for further info.
