Having trouble getting a 13942 O2 sensor 200

Everywhere I check says it is discontinued. I tried several other Mustang/explorer numbers and I got the same result. The closest I could get is a Ngk sensor for a Mustang. Any opinions on Ngk sensors, or does anyone have a Bosch part number that still exists?

Keep in mind that for most applications the specific part number for use on a particular model is identical to the generic "one size fits all--you splice the wires" O2 sensors--that's where the high cost of model specific vs. generic comes from. -- Dave

Thanks, I was going to get the universal but it is 40 bucks more than the mustang one. I know; it does not make any sense.

NGK is a quality brand, comparable to Bosch. They happen to be OEM for the 700/900 series cars with the Rex/Regina system.

Thanks, I was trying to get one locally. Shipping to Canada would add a lot to the cost of the sensor but I may end up doing that. I am getting a quote on the shipping cost for a 13953 on Ebay.

Someone finally informed me that they don't have them because they don't sell Bosch sensors anymore. Everyone locally is selling Ngk. UAP/Napa has their own brand made by Ngk.
