Need help with code 1-1-3 and others... 200

Driving home today, car is running normally until CE light pops up. Get home check the codes and see the following (in order):
2-2-1 - Fuel system compensating for extremely rich or lean mixture at cruise
1-1-3 - Fault in fuel injectors
2-3-1 - Fuel system compensating for rich/lean mixture at cruise

No obvious signs of trauma (e.g. leaks, rough idle/drive) and FPR is only 4 years old (have not checked diaphragm yet...)

Anyone have any suggestions on how I should move forward?

Thanks!

Measure the output of the O2 sensor-- I had the same codes and severe hesitation symptoms on a '92 245 I used to own-- the output from a nearly brand new Bosch replacement O2 sensor was 1.3-1.4V (much higher than the sensor should generate-- I suspect it was bleeding over from the heater circuit). Disconnecting the O2 sensor fixed the hesitation, replacing it got rid of the codes.

    Good luck!

Right after my original post, I went out and measured the resistance. My concern is that it didn't actually fluctuate much at all (stayed right at .5-.6 or so). The o2 sensor was replaced about 5-6 years ago and only has 40K miles on it.

I also checked and cleaned the electrical grounds.
