Anyone have any tricks to getting the universal onto the power steering rack? I did it once and now can't remember.

Sometimes you need to open up or spread the connector a little bit to get it to slide onto the rack.

It only fits one way as far as I know. The flat on the pinion shaft (for the lock bolt) has to align with the bolt holes in the u-joint.
