Don't have the template, do have a hack job on the back of my 86 model with one of those hanging under the bumper. That hitch will also serve as a rear skid plate going up a steep transition on things like a driveway. I have learned to keep Inga on an angle to avoid that after one really solid hit coming down the cliff face they call driveway at my daughters house.
If I were to do it all over again (and that will happen soon) the entire rear valance would be removed from the car first. My plan right now is to remove the valance and then to hang the hitch back on the car. Then using my old hack job valance and some new measurements to create a more refined template. If someone does post a decent template, using that as the template would supersede that idea of course.
I can pass along that the cutter used can't be a high speed device, things like a cutting wheel cause too much heat and melt the plastic. You need a saw blade with fine teeth to make this look right. The first cuts I made were a melted ragged edge After the melted plastic solidified, that was also hard to remove. Changing over to a hand scroll with a fine tooth blade made the job go a lot better on the appearance side.
Hope this helps,
Regards,
Paul
