restricted orifice manifold fitting 120-130

Hello. Trying to replace my PCV valve with the fitting mentioned above. My engine is a B18D in a 66 amazon. I think the fitting I am after comes stock on some B20 engines. The restricted orifice fitting is mentioned in Brickboard posts as a solution to some PCV problems. Please let me know if you have this fitting, and how I may acquire it.

You'll probably do better with the valve.
In my experience the orifice gets plugged and the blowby fouls the air cleaner.
I've drilled them out, first to 1/16" and then to 3/32" and still they are not very effective.

Oh. An opinion I hadn't heard before. Part of my problem is the blowby is extreme. Cylinder #1 has a couple deep scores on the wall, and sometimes the oil fouls the plug, and ....I had hopes of a more effective PCV system handling some of that. Sigh. thank you for answering.
