Are the doors (drivers side w/power) from a 1984 244 interchangable with the later model 1986-1993 240 models ?

They will interchange as far as functionality, but the trim is different.

John Thanks Man. I am having a hard time finding a 84-85 drivers side front door here in Atlanta.
