Tried to add 134, but the system seems to be at about 60 psi, so none will go in.
Has anyone written instructions(step by step) on how to drain the system, pull a vacuum(if I can rig up the proper plumbing), and refill the system?
Can I use a hand vacuum pump?

    You give no history or details.
    Was sytem converted to R134?
    Was system opened or completely empty? If yes you must install a new receiver dryer and vacume down with a vacume pump (not a hand vacume puller).
    60psi? with compressor running?
    Compressor must be running to fill system.
