P1800 AC install question 1800

I have a late 1967 model year P1800 with the brake booster independent of the master cylinder. The booster sits forward in the engine compartment within 6"-8" of the radiator.

I have a Frigeking dealer installed AC unit that I want to install but can not figure out where the compressor will mount.

Anyone ever encounter this problem?

    P1800 AC install question 1800

    Hello,

The dealer relocated the booster bracket back towards the firewall for clearance.

It is an ugly fix, but that was way it was done.
