Is this a fuse problem? It's not my car but one I'm thinking of buying. It is a 93 240 in very nice shape but has these 3 issues.

    The head lights are most likely a burned up wire on the relay socket.

    Is it just the speedo and gas gauge? If the entire dash is dark it may be the fuse-able link or the contacts to it.

    Also could be a bad sending unit in the gas tank for the gas level and a bad gear in the odometer. Both are common failures.
