I have the IPD fabric dash covers on both my 200s. I've had the one in the 242 for over 10 years, and the one in the Bertone is probably even older. Both still look new and fit well. Fit and finish vary widely by brand, but I've been extremely happy with the ones IPD sells.
Here's the 242's dash with cover a couple years ago. The cover had been installed for at least 8 years when I took this photo.

I agree with Jorrell, if you've gone to the energy and expense of getting your car painted, just don't put the old cracked dash back in it. The 92-93 dashes without the center speaker grille do not crack very often. They all seem to have a bubble in the center of the dash, but no cracks unless they've been really abused. You might have to do some junkyard research on if you swap just the upper dash portion or if you need to swap in the entire setup with knee bolsters, different bracing behind the heater box, the improved glovebox etc. I plan to swap the whole setup from a 93 into my Bertone so I can steal its uncracked dash for my 242, but I haven't actually done the work yet.
