It's about due for a rebuild! Or a V8.
Dan

It's already been rebuilt, that tells the real story.

I'm w/ Benski. The IDEA of a 240 diesel is great but it's not a great product.

A few years ago I was going to put an MB diesel (200, 240 or 300) into a 240 and after I looked at it I thought that the only pont would be to say I'd done it and I could just buy a good MB-D cheaply enough - which I did.

Ugh. Those VW made diesels were not much of an engine, and parts avalabilty is becoming a real issue.
