Battery Drain 200

I am having a very consistent battery drain on my 92.
It seems to be very dependent on how often i drive it... I can let the car sit for 2-3 days and i'll either have a weak start or none at all.
I had a DieHard SUV battery in it until this drain just killed it altogether.
Got a new one 2 weeks ago and now the drain is back.

What are some possible items to check with a volt meter?

I leave the radio disconnected and the dome light switched off.
The dash clock runs real slow and i always have to reset it even with a fully charged battery - thinking this might be my problem with a capacitor going bad within it.

I've checked the wiring that was left over from swapping from AW70 to M47 and nothing is grounding.

What else could I look for?

EDIT - after going deeper into the searches of RWD i'm told there is a delay switch under the dash near the brake pedals that causes most drains... this is rather odd cuz there is a cylindrical metal relay-type device that was mounted to the Clutch Brake Block and it stayed hot constantly. This the Delay Switch?
