End of my 240 Era, lots of parts leftover 200

Greetings Brickboarders,

After a 13 years of Volvo ownership, I've finally sold my last 240. I have a bunch of parts and stuff left, and I want to make sure the great community here has an opportunity to make use of the stuff first.

Please look in the Brick Board Classified section for my username (bummer72) for the entry entitled "240 Parts". Everything is available first come/first served/best offer...I don't want to try to make a bunch of money off this stuff; I just want to see that it gets to people who can make the best use of it.

Thank you all for the tips, tricks and support through what my wife and I are calling our "Volvo Era". Owning and maintaining those 3 240's (an '84 wagon, an '88 sedan and an '87 wagon) has saved me tons of $$ by being able to "DIY" almost every repair jobm owed in no small part to the BrickBoard!!!!!

Godspeed all!!!!

Doug

I just got rid of my wagon after 9 years of faithful service. Looked at numerous 240's but most had rust issues and not worth the asking price. After 3 months of searching I gave up sadly. Found a nice late model tacoma as a replacement. I learned so much about cars during my 240 ownership and enjoyed working on it.
