So, for some unknown reason my intermittent wiper (up position) won't work. I've tried nothing so far, and i'm all out of ideas. : P any help would be appreciated.

I would start with the wiper relay. I think it's mounted in the floor near the driver's side kick panel. When my relay died, the wipers would work, but the intermittant function wouldn't.
