I am trying to find the correct hose that runs between the breather nipple and the main air intake hose just before the turbo. I found one at FCPGroton and another at Swedish Engineering, but they are a little different. FCP's hose is bent differently at each end than the SE hose. Anyone had a problem with these hoses? Hi. I just replaced this as well as the oil separator box and all of the hoses. The car runs much better. i got all the parts at IPD.

If you do this be careful not to remove the hose from the oil separator box to the oil pan. you have to remove the pan to get it back on correctly.

I just used a length of 5/8" ID fuel injector gas line hose. Much more fexable than that stiff piece of plastic.

It is just a regular hose, part number 949701 from volvo. it is 620 mm long and they sell it by the meter.

VADIS -Volvo Aftersale Diagnostic and Information System. You can get it on ebay cheap. It has parts info for all volvos. For newer years it includes a lot of diagnostic/repair info.
