can turbo oil coolers be cleaned by radiator shops?

Yes, the same hot dip for a radiator will work fine on an oil or trans cooler. Just make sure you flush it out afterwards as the chemicals in the dip can attack the babbitt coatings on the crank and rod bearings. DAMHIK
