help with electic radiator fan S90-V90 1999

Hey guys, I replaced my brothers bad alterantor with a new one, and everything went smoothly. But when I started the car the indicator light on the dash was showing the cooling fan not working. So i opened the hood back up and the fan is not spinning at all. I checked the fuse in the main box, and it isn't popped or anything, so i assume it is good. I didnt not unplug any electical connectors that while swapping the alternator, and I checked around but nothing was unplugged or unusual looking.
I was thinking maybe when I took the top radiator hose off and some fluid came out it got onto some of the wires ro something, but I dont know. I am not sure where to go from here. Any input is appreciatedn thanks!

-Andrew

There's no indicator light on the S90's dashboard for a malfunctioning engine cooling fan. The fan doesn't come on unless the coolant temp is high enough and/or the pressure in the HVAC system is high enough (A/C compressor on). I suggest you look more closely at the dash light and determine which one it really is.

I think it is low on coolant, that the low coolant light is on.
