Low Headlight Voltage 900

For a while now I have noticed my headlights have been really dim and tonight i took a quick look at them.

Looks like I am only getting 8.5V power via the main power wire for the low beams. Both lights have Good grounds, Both Fuses have 12+V at them and the relay has been swapped with a known working relay. Also on the relay panel I have checked the 12v signal in and all feeds a nice strong 12v+

Any idea on where I should begin to look for this missing voltage?

Thanks

Check the voltage at the headlight fuses in the Central Electrical Unit.

You may want to add additional headlight relays under the hood along with a new fuseblock fed by the alternator. I've done that to four of our 700 series with nice results. I don't have time to elaborate now, but post back with what you find.
