Mine are the age-old hot rod favorites - American Racine Torq Thrust II's. In 15X6. While you'd have a hard time going much wider, shouldn't have a problem going narrower.
Just watch the backspacing - this distance from the inner rim to where it mounts on the hub - has to be 3.4" or less.
The bolt pattern is very common, unlike the later model Volvo 5X108mm pattern. Which, by the way, is what the 1800ES wheels would be, so they won't fit.
I originally was going to get the more vintage and slightly less blingy Torq Thrust D's, which are one piece cast with painted spokes, but the backspacing wasn't right in the 15X6 size, where as the cast center/extruded rim Torq Thrust II's were better (they were 3 3/8", vs. the TT D's 3 3/4"). But I think if you drop down in width slightly, that won't be an issue.
Err, just dropped by the ARE website, and apparently things have changed slightly since I bought my wheels. 15X6 is the smallest TT II wheel they make, still make the version I have though, 15X6 with 3.3" backspacing. But nothing smaller. In the Torq Thrust D, the only size smaller than a 15X6 is a skinny dragster-front-wheel-ish 15X4.5, and I don't think the 15X6 TT D would fit with the 3.6" backspacing.
Fun to look at:

You can certainly fit skinnier tires on a 6" rim though, I'm running 215's on mine (IIRC), but you can go down to 185's.
