Drag data 444-544

I hate to be overly geeky but I have to ask, has anybody ever seen any aerodynamic data for the PV? Drag coefficients (Cd) or Cd*A?

I've seen total drag numbers in old reviews (usually quoted at 60 mph) but those numbers are all over the place, besides I wouldn't know how to back out the info due to the differences in the bias ply vs. radials.

Thanks!

No idea but I suspect the numbers will be quite good -- compared to other cars the PV windscreen and rear screen don't get dirty , sign of good airflow -- and its very unstable in cross winds - this is also often a sign of low drag.
Reasonably flat underfloor, although the insides of the guards would be a problem.

Good observations Hans. I found a web site (carspector.com) that said the Cx is 0.4 but didn't mention what the source of their data was. But I believe it's in the ball park.

For giggles, I'll have to see what sort of numbers I can back out of some roll-down tests.
