Do I need a hydraulic press? 700

There is no problem with the car at this time that prompts me to ask. I just happen to have a 30 ton hydraulic press in my garage, and if I can get rid of it, I'd love to. I'm into reducing the clutter and junk right now. With a 1991 745 Turbo with 330,000 miles, is it a good idea to keep the press, or can I get rid of it without fear of needing it for some repair in the future?

No need. If you need to press any bushings, a local auto machine shop will do it for about ten bucks each.
