Power window motor 700 1989

The problem I have is that the power window motor has torn itself from the door. I think there are four mounting bolts and they all have torn the sheet metal. I cannot get the bolts off the motor as they free spin. There is nothing to hold onto behind so I'm planning on taking out the motor and work on it outside the door. Any advise on removing the motor? It is free from the door is only connected to the window.

this isn't the first time I've posted a problem and then immediately gone out and fixed it. You just remove the window slides and the one door slide and out it comes. I need to get the rubber grommets that are used to bolt the power motor to the door. the problem now is the torn sheet metal. I'll try my hand at welding washers in place. I'll let you know how it goes.

Know issue. They should have used lock washers. Over time the nuts get loose and work the holes larger. Once you get the motor off, I would get some washers that fit the studs, and something like JB weld to stick them in place. I would put one on both sides of the sheet metal.
