Removing bulb failure relay 200

Trying to remove the bulb failure warning relay to fix a pin and reseat the connection. The orange cap immediately came off when I pulled, but everything else seems pretty stuck. Do I want to remove it above or below the black plastic washer next to the first circuit board? Am gently prying with a screwdriver, but leery of bending the pins, the whole unit seems fairly fragile.

    Howdy,

Turn the BFWS so you can see the connector on the wire side. Looking at the wire side of the connector, in the middle, you should see the end of a tab, slightly off-center. That is the connector lock. That tab must be pushed toward the center to release the connector. Push the tab over with a thin screwdriver pushed between the tab and the connector while pulling back on the connector. The connector should come right off.

If the cover came off in your hand, someone has already had it apart before you. If you find you cannot repair it and must replace it, I would like to have it. I will pay $5 plus postage for it. Contact me at sdewolfe-at-cricketlady-dot-com.
