Coming to work this morning, halfway there the turn indicators stopped working. These are the facts I was able to discerne at the work parking lot:

The brake lights work, the emergency flashers work, all bulbs involved are functional in these areas.

Since I have been trying to trace my cruse control not working, is it possible the switch is bad? The cruise has been out for months, but the turn lights just died today.

Where to start looking. I though bulb failure relay, but the brake lights function????

    It could be the hazard switch. Not sure about the '93. On earlier ones the hazard switch is a double pole and common to the turn signals and the hazard lights. Easy to find out by bypassing the hazard switch. Connect a jumper from the fuse to the flasher relay and see if the turn signals work.

    Fuse? And replace it--I've had them be bad when they looked fine.

      Same thing has happened to me. The fuse ends were damn near melted through, but it looked fine until I removed it.

      Isn't fuse number 5 responsible for the tail lights as well as the turn signal? I will check it though.

        You could be right. I was going from vague recollections of when my turn signals were out and it ended up being the fuse. I thought the other lights all worked, but I could be wrong--it was years ago.

          Turns out it WAS the fuse, although melted at the end. I guess pushing the brake pedal and checking out the tail lights by myself was not my forte...
