What's the difference between DL and SE? 200

I've seen a 91 240 SE for sale, and from first glance at the photo it looks good, Florida car. What's with the SE? I noticed it has a different roof rack, more like Euro Rails or whatever you call'em. But I'd love to know the other differences!

I cannot confirm, but I've been led to believe that the '91 240SE was equipped with ABS brakes (a year before all 240's got it).

What's the difference between DL and SE? 200

I'd not heard of the likes of which until now, but... from here:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Volvo_200_Series

    Special Equipment

240 SE (1991): Special alloy wheels, all-black grille and trim. Roof rails on wagon model.

    And.. this from http://www.swedishbricks.net/faq/240.html

1991 - 240-SE limited edition model introduced. "DL" dropped from 240
model designation. 240 windshield bright heavy outside windshield
molding replaced with black flush-mount type.
AC controls: rotary type control knob replaced with
rocker type switch with illuminated blue "snowflake" symbol.
New GM type AC system. Cooling fan in front of radiator for
increased AC efficiency can be seen behind grille.
Radio now has anti-theft coding, changes in radio controls and
appearance. 240 auto transmission now has shift interlock.
(depress brake to shift from park) Transmission indicator bezel
    has printed instructions indicating button to defeat interlock;
Minor changes in wheel covers. "Volvo" emblem now integral part of
wheel cover; not a separate "stick-on" emblem.

Google is your friend... mine too :-)

So, that pretty much covers what you mentioned...
