Yes, First of all this car was an '82 245 diesel originally. Secondly it did run rough last fall and last week intermittently. If you check my other posts, you'll see all of the steps that I've done to get this car to run. I've used parts from an '84 and an '83. the reason that I've been refering to the wiring diagram for the '84 is because I installed a used upgraded wiring harness that I bought that was for an '83 or '84 wifth the B23 engine which is what I have. Okay, so according to your Bentley update there shouldn't be voltage present at terminal #86 in the pump relay with the ignition off which also means that the Volvo greenbook is wrong also. So this means that there's nothing wrong with my pump relay thus far. I did check compression last year and it was good.I checked for spark a few days ago and that's good also. Now, while I haven't checked for fuel pressure because I don't have the right Volvo tool to do this, I have replaced the in-tank transfer pump with the new IPD upgraded unit as well as the new Bosch main fuel pump, filter and fuel pressure regulator, So this means that all of the fuel delivery parts (except for the ECU and system and pump relays and lines) are new. Let me know what you think, I'm still lost. Thanks, Charles
