Head Gasket Job Photos 200 1992

Trying to post some photos from my recent head gasket job. Not sure if it's gonna work.

    Howdy,

Do away with all the markup from the imageshack web site.

To post a picture in your post use the < character and > character. Inside those, put:
    img src="http://img115.imageshack.us/my.php?image=1005783.jpg"

The only blank space allowed is the one between img AND src.

That should result in the first picture under your intro' text.
    *edit*

I did that for the first image. It is way too big for the BB to format properly.

Instead, link to the images with this syntax: a href="http://img115.imageshack.us/img115/8075/1005783.jpg"

put that phrase inside the < and > symbols. Then paste the text you want to form the link. In this case, the actual address works well:

    http://img115.imageshack.us/img115/8075/1005783.jpg

Then put, /a inside another set of greater than and less than symbols behind the text. Again, the only spaces allowed are between the a and href. (Spaces in the linking text are OK.)

I hope that wasn't too confusing. Hell, I got confused just writing it. ;-)

The image size has to be small 200 1992

no more than 50KB - otherwise, it is not going to show up

        Howdy Tom,

no more than 50KB - otherwise, it is not going to show up

Only if you want to post to the Gallery on the Brickboard. As long as image is hosted on another server, the html will pull the image from that server and put it right into the post. BUT, if ever that server goes away or the image is moved from the directory it is in, that link will be forever broken.

There is a way to limit the displayed size too. Dan Marino's images are over 1200 pixels wide. That makes the image intrude into the right side navigation panels on my small screen. I didn't try to show the syntax because it would take too much effort; much easier to show how to link to another site.

Well, I'm not sure, but I got a hard time to upload 200 1992

pics from the other server, but once I reduced the pics size to around 50KB, I have no problems for the pics to show up here.
