Can someone tell me where exactly the oil sending unit is on my
84 240 Turbo? I know what it looks like, having seen a picture on Ebay recently,
but it sure is dark down there with all the plumbing.

    behind the alternator. bell shaped thing, 'bout as big around as a 1/2 dollar coin. got a black wire and a green 1. unless it's the WRONG sender, then it's smaller, like quarter-sized with just the black wire. good luck, chuck.
